Our standard service rates are listed below. Please note that our rates and minimum billable time varies
depending on whether the work is preformed at PDC, at your office, or remotely.

Pre-Paid Services
 |
Pre-paid support includes four-hour callback response time with priority support given for all calls received
before 11 a.m. We schedule on a first-come, first-serve basis, but business-down emergencies will be given
first priority. Regular business hours are Monday thru Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
