After-Hours Emergency Service

Emergency after-hours support is available seven days a week through our automated phone system. When you
call, you will be prompted and transfered to an emergency cellular number. Please leave your name, phone
number, and a description of the problem. You will receive a call-back within one hour.
Please be aware that you will be charged at twice your normal billing rate for emergency support. There will
also be a non-refundable $50 emergency fee that will be credited back towards your final bill after
the problem has been resolved.
