the work is performed at PDC, at your office, or remotely.

Pre-Paid Rates |
Pre-paid support includes four-hour callback response time with priority support given for all calls received before 11 a.m. We
schedule on a first-come, first-serve basis, but business-down emergencies will be given first priority. Regular business hours are Monday
through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Desktop Repair |
Reloads of desktop computers returns the computer to factory condition. This includes loading of Windows (using a valid
existing license key), applicable patches to the operating system, and hardware drivers. This does not include data backup, reinstallation
of application software, or installation of hardware not included with the original configuration.
