Our normal business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding any applicable state and federal holidays. Emergency after-hours support
is available seven days a week through our automated phone system. When you call, you will be prompted and
transferred to an emergency mobile number. Please leave your name, phone number, and a description of the problem. You will receive a callback from a
technical coordinator within two hours. A technician should arrive on-site (or connect to your system remotely) within 4 hours after completion of
telephone-based troubleshooting. Repairs are typically completed within 6 hours of dispatch however service times may vary depending on the nature of the issue.
Please be aware that you will be charged at twice your normal billing rate for emergency support. There will also be a non-refundable
$50 emergency fee that will be credited back towards your final bill after the problem has been resolved.
