Yusef Marra
Technical Support Specialist
Yusef's knowledge of computers is best described as eclectic, as he was self-taught to a large degree. This approach towards learning mirrors his
overall outlook on life, as exemplified by his decision to travel extensively through Europe and North Africa right after high school in lieu
of a college education. Born in Idaho but raised here in Hawaii, Yusef's hobbies include robotics, Python programming, and Eastern philosophies.
Prior to his employment at PDC, Yusef's myriad of jobs include being a construction worker, computer programmer, field surveyor, CAD designer, and
Jack in the Box Mystery Shopper. Now with PDC for nearly a year, Yusef is the senior help desk operator, providing PDC clients with phone support that
is both courteous and professional.

Leif Ericson
Technical Support Specialist
Before coming to PDC, Leif spent several years working at an upscale lighting store and also at a professional golf academy where his technical
duties included the planning of and installation of new PCs and hardware, performing maintenance and repair of workstations, virtual golf simulators,
printers, network infrastructure, and provided company-wide technical support. On top of the his technical responsibilities, Leif also attended to
lighting and golf sales, home and business lighting design, as well as the assembly and disassembly of lighting components and golf related equipment. As
a result of his long experience working at the golf academy, Leif is one of the few certified club fitters for Ping in Hawaii.
He is now working as a help desk operator and technical support specialist alongside Yusef, providing phone support that is attentive and friendly.
When not at work, Leif enjoys disassembling, reassembling, and altering all things mechanical or electronic, fine tuning his computer, circuit bending,
building things, and playing strategic games competitively online. He has also been golfing since he was five years old and enjoys other physical
activities such as swimming, bicycling with friends, and occasionally paintball.

Glenn Miyajima (MCP)
System Engineer
Known as "PropHead", Glenn's career in the IT field began with the technical support department at Berkeley Systems. The company gained renown in
the 1990s for developing the After Dark Screen Saver, including the infamous Flying Toasters, the Star Trek Screen Saver for Windows, and the Looney
Tunes Screen Saver for Windows. In fact, if you can get your hands on a copy of the Star Trek Screen Saver, you'd find Glenn's name in the scrolling
credits.
From there, "PropHead" moved to Asia Source Inc. in Fremont, California, which is a national distributor of white box personal computers and computer
components, serving as the Production Manager for built-to-order white box PCs. Glenn then worked at Chevron Corp's technical support department in
downtown San Francisco. From there he moved to PCG Systems in Oakland, California, where he supported non-profits and venture capital firms. After
the stint with PCG, Glenn returned to Chevron IT, this time in London, England, to assist on a project in Kazakhstan.
A system engineer at PDC since 2006, "PropHead" handles PC assembly and hardware repair together with Bob Marstall and
Rachel Lai.

Bob Marstall (Heald CompTech / Network + / A+)
Field Service Engineer
Bob finds working in the technology field interesting and satisfying, fueled by his interest in electrical devices. His background includes home
building and he currently holds an inactive General Contractors License. Although Bob enjoys working with computers, he had never even used a mouse
before his school migrated from Windows for Workgroups to Windows 95.
In March 1997, Bob dropped by PDC's previous location near the Ala Moana Shopping Center, turned in a resume, spoke with the owner, and started work
that same day. Now working part time in PDC's assembly division, Bob's main duties include building new PC workstations and servers as well
as computer repairs. He likes work most when things are really busy.
Away from the office, Bob spends his time reading, writing, sailing, riding his bike, playing guitar, listening to country music, and watching TV
news and the NFL. His favorite team is the Cardinals.
